The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Dies in a California Vehicle Accident
The visionary game developer, who helped create the immensely successful video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.
The influential video game developer died after his car crashed and was engulfed in flames on a motorway in LA on this past Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This is an unimaginable loss, and we stand with his family and friends, those closest to him, and everyone impacted by his legacy," a spokesperson for Electronic Arts said.
