Mohamed Salah Issues Regret to Teammates, Discloses Curtis Jones
The Liverpool midfielder has shared that Mohamed Salah apologised to the group of players in the wake of the controversy from his televised remarks.

The striker was dropped from a vital match subsequent to voicing frustrations and suggesting his connection to the head coach had broken down.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” Jones revealed. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, I'm sorry.’”
The head coach has previously declined to comment publicly on whether he received a personal apology from the 33-year-old forward.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction was unchanged. “Nothing about him changed, he was smiling and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
He also implied that a competitor wanting to play is preferable. “I get that there are different methods you can express yourself,” he said. “But if a lad’s fine to just sit out, then I think that’s more of an issue.”

Their results have been impressive in the period after the initial controversy. Jones believes the Salah's words were never meant to harm the team.
