Former Physician Faces Sexual Assault Allegations Involving 38 Patients

Legal authorities have announced that a former doctor stands accused of committing sexual assaults involving thirty-eight victims who were under his care.

Details of the Grave Allegations

One senior prosecutor commented, “Legal teams have diligently worked to assist a detailed and complex police inquiry, meticulously examining the available evidence to determine that there is a strong case to proceed to trial and that it is in the public interest.”

The charges come after what investigators described as a “detailed inquiry” into reported sexual offences at two hospitals: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and Russells Hall hospital.

Spencer is scheduled to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on January 20th.
